Uptown Yoga is delighted to present our next Yoga & Live Music Event at 6pm on Friday, August 26, 2022. In celebration of the New Moon, Christa Worrell will lead a 60-minute, earthy, hip-opening yoga sequence accompanied by the soulful guitar, vocals, flute, and singing bowl of musical wonder Hannah Lou Woods.
